Se trata de Sober, una canción en la que Demi habla del alcoholismo. Como muchos de sus fans saben, Demi llevaba seis años sobria y recientemente tuvo una recaída.

Al parecer, esta recaída es la culpable de que la cantante esté ahora entre la vida y la muerte por una sobredosis de heroína.

En la canción, Demi cuenta lo mucho que sufre y cómo se siente «muerta por dentro». También, le pide perdón a sus padres por su recaída: «mamá, lo siento, ya no estoy sobria (…) y papá, perdóname por las bebidas regadas en el suelo».

Entre otras cosas, Demi pide ayuda y dice que se siente solitaria. «Lo intento y lo intento, solo abrácenme, porque estoy muy sola (…) lamento estar aquí de nuevo, prometo pedir ayuda, no era mi intención, lo siento por mí».
